Find your seat at the Trinity Playhouse this Thursday- Sunday, June 22-25, 2023 to become part of the epic adventures of Edward Bloom in Big Fish the Musical.
Kensington native Jacob Ward steps into Edward’s shoes as the traveling salesman who charms everyone he meets. Grace Beil plays his adoring wife Sandra and Zachery Johnson and Isaac Kraft are double cast as their son Will, who grows up missing his dad and resenting his big fish stories of giants, witches and circus stunts.
Artistic director Kandace Cleland describes the production this way, “If you’ve seen the Tim Burton film, Big Fish you know the musical version is gonna rock. We use a live orchestra under the superb direction of Jodine Pilmer. We have a terrific cast of thirty who have mastered the Alabama stomp. We can’t wait for an audience who will help us make fish fly and daffodils bloom. As we end our 30th season we’ll laugh and maybe even shed a few tears together. This is the heart of community theatre.”
