AUDITIONS K-8! The Prince's Diaries

Directors Kari Beil, Christine Martin & Musical Director Jodine Pilmer seek a cast of 24-32 young people in grades K-8 who are ready to dance and sing this fun story of "The Prince's Diaries!"

It's the story of a prince who is avoiding his father the King, his Academy classes in swordplay AND the ladies of court who have their eyes and hearts set on him. And why? Because he'd rather be a wizard and he's found a BIG book of spells and incantations he can experiment with.

This one act musical needs lots of knights, ladies, ladies who wish they could be knights, a king, and an evil queen and an enchanted dragon to bring the kingdom of Fruitopia to life on the Trinity Playhouse stage!

CLICK HERE to Register for your 45 minute audition time slot and then come to the Trinity Playhouse on Sunday, March 5th prepared to sing a short musical selection and perform a short reading. Our friendly and encouraging staff is looking for POTENTIAL, not perfection. New faces are always welcome!

The show will be cast by Wednesday, March 8th. Rehearsals will begin immediately and will include weekends. The full cast will rehearse approximately 2 hours/ 2 times per week. Small ensembles will rehearse once a week. Everyone is expected to memorize lines and lyrics quickly. We create our rehearsal calendar by analyzing your conflicts so please give us accurate information.

Performance Dates - 7 p.m. Friday & Saturday, April 21 & 22 and 2 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2023.
